With over 40 years experience of providing guide services to clubs and private individuals, I formed Hanover Fly Fishers in 1993. As the popularity of international travel amongst sportsmen grew, he saw the need to locate safe, affordable destinations for groups and individuals to enjoy the sport of fly fishing.

As needed Hanover Fly Fishers, Ltd. works closely with Frontiers Travel and Bob Marriott’s Fly Shop travel department to ensure the participants have every advantage on each adventure.

The mission of Hanover Fly Fishers is to provide the perfect experience from start to finish. Each trip begins at home with the need to acquire both the equipment and skills for an upcoming adventure. At the Hanover showroom, personalized service and a selection of gear to compliment the casting school is offered and by appointment, examples of equipment can be demonstrated for any level of of expertise. Some recognizable names that are represented at the showroom include Winston, Sage, Redington, Temple Fork Outfitters, Bauer, Abel, Hatch, Okuma, Brookside flies, Riverborn flies, Cloudveil waders and bags, Scientific Angler fly Lines, and Rio Fly Lines.

In addition to outfitting you for your trip, I and can explain the skills needed to take full advantage of the fishing opportunities that await. Hanover Fly Fishers maintains a casting facility with instruction from entry level to advanced fly casting.

For each trip, a species is selected and thoroughly researched. Location and habitat, prime season for the species, method and logistics of capture are thoroughly investigated. This formula has led to successful fishing expeditions in Africa, Alaska, Canada, Patagonia, Costa Rica, Seychelles, Mongolia, Russia, and the world's southernmost city, Ushuaia, in Tierra del Fuego.
