20 pound plus Brown Trout, excellent food and a marvelous lodge located ten
minutes from the fabled Rio Grande River in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. |
| In appreciation for my loyalty bringing
clients for over ten years during the "hard times", Danny Lajous awarded me
the two prime weeks at his Despedida Lodge - for my life. These are the last
week in February and the first week in March.... The weeks I have reserved
there are comprised of faithful returning friends but occasionally openings
occur. I am presently booking several years in advance. Call if you would
like to be put on the waiting list.

Rarely does a fisherman leave without a 20lb + fish to his credit, sometimes
several.

The winds of Tierra del Fuego must be a consideration - it is true - at
times they are gale force. However, the circuitous route of the river allows
fishing positions on the pools to put the wind direction to one's advantage. |
